How many hours do I need?
In our first call, we will discuss the areas of support you need and what services I could provide. You may need ongoing weekly support, or larger scale more in depth support leading up to launches or bigger projects. Perhaps both! Based on our chat, I will give you an idea of what I feel would be appropriate to deliver what you need.
Can I book more hours?
Absolutely! I can can adapt to your workload as your business grows.
Why is there a minimum monthy hour requirement?
The services offered are grounded in secure, forward thinking support. Having suitable time to ensure your requirements are met throughout the month as essential in ensuring with the 8 hours provides at least basic support
How is payment arranged?
I am entirely self employed, I am responsible for my own tax and national insurance. So I will send you an invoice for the agreed amount, and it gets paid by BACS as you would any other invoice. Easy!
How do we get started?
Get in contact by email with a little overview of what you need. We will have a call to discuss further and see if we are a good match to work together. I will send you a summary and proposed services post-call and if you are happy, I will send contract and payment details and get to work!
